SauceSOP is an AI-powered Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) generator designed for sauce manufacturers. The Service generates FDA/HACCP-aligned SOP documents based on user-provided inputs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Creem. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users are limited to 3 SOPs total. All prices are in USD.

5. AI-Generated Content

SOPs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. SauceSOP is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated documents.

6. Data Retention

Generated SOP files are stored for 2 days on our platform, after which they are automatically deleted. Users are responsible for downloading and saving their documents within this period.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the SOPs you generate. SauceSOP retains ownership of the Service, including its AI models, templates, and website.

8. Limitation of Liability

SauceSOP is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory non-compliance, production issues, or business losses.
